Small Teams, Immersive Experiences
Designed for busy executives and business leaders in a variety of industries, Anderson School of Management's Executive MBA features live online Saturday classes, networking events, alumni engagement and two weeklong immersive experiences that bookend course delivery.
As a professional in the 43-credit-hour EMBA, you'll be grouped into a small team within your cohort. You'll share ideas in face-to-face activities and online classes to optimize your leadership development.
- Students from any undergraduate background may apply.
- Significant work experience, including leadership or managerial experience, is required to qualify for the program.
Residency Tracks in Global Leadership, Science and Technology, or Diversity Leadership
The Executive MBA's two immersion experiences allow you to dive deep into the structure and practices of leading and building teams. Executives, government leaders and thought leaders teach business theories and best practices during these in-person experiences.
The first-term experience orients you to the EMBA, leads you through leadership assessments and helps you build positive team dynamics.
For the final-semester experience, you'll select a one-week residency track: Global Leadership immersion abroad, Science and Technology Leadership immersion in New Mexico or Diversity Leadership immersion in the Southwest.
