The Executive MBA allows you to dive deep into the structure and practices of leading and building teams. The foundation of the Executive MBA experience is a cohort of accomplished professionals bringing perspectives from various industries. You'll work in small teams on projects throughout the program, building strong relationships while optimizing your strategic decision-making skills.
The Executive MBA features Saturday classes, wraparound services like registering you for classes and providing your required course materials, plus networking events, guest speakers, professional development coaching, alumni engagement and immersive experiences.
Hybrid-Flexible Format
We offer our Executive MBA classes in a hybrid-flexible format. This means classes are taught in person on scheduled Saturdays with the option to Zoom in. You have the flexibility to attend the same classes with your cohort either in person or online as needed to fit your schedule.
Immersive Experiences
The first-term immersion experience orients you to the EMBA program, and helps you build positive team dynamics with your cohort.
For the final semester you'll select an international residency focused on global business practices or a domestic residency such as The Washington Campus with a focus on public affairs and public policy.
