Joelle Mevi's EMBA Story
It took about four months, but I can finally say that I found (and landed) a GREAT job! I was laid off from my current position about a week after I finished the EMBA program in August. Yeah, it sucked…
What became vividly clear to me through the process is that I wouldn't/couldn't have been in serious contention for this job without the knowledge I acquired in the Anderson EMBA program and the status accompanying this degree. Believe me, when asked by the board how I would describe my leadership style & what three methods should the board use to measure my leadership success or lack thereof, I needed to dig deep into my Leadership & Strategy toolbox for my answers... BUT they were there! I thought my experience might be worth sharing as validation of 26 grueling months of my life!
