"Completing UNM's Anderson School of Management, Executive MBA program was one of the greatest investments I’ve made in myself. I grew as a person and my business perspective was transformed. One of the greatest benefits was working with other executive students in a cohort. I was continuously challenged to practice my ability to receive and provide constructive feedback and to allow other students to take the lead.  Teaming with like-minded professionals from different business backgrounds expanded my perspective because each student brought their own experience and strengths. I was excited and motived by our common desire to improve and preserve our local cultures, communities and tribes though business development and innovation. I learned to see through an entrepreneurial lens. I realized the needs, opportunities and resources we have for business development and growth in New Mexico and the surrounding tribal communities.
